First, be sure that the amount is not on already on your account and ready to use. On the Parcel Options page of the checkout (after the Trolley page), look for the SELECT YOUR CREDIT button and click it to review your available credits.
dStore vouchers can be one of two types:
dStore Gift Vouchers
These are vouchers that have been purchased directly from the dStore.com.au site. They are sent either by email or standard mail and are identified by two separate identification numbers -
a Gift Voucher ID and a Redemption code.

dStore Promotional Vouchers
These include any dStore vouchers as distributed via an affiliated organisation (eg: Pure Profile, Lightspeed, Telstra, etc). They also include any free promotional vouchers as distributed by dStore itself and are identified by a single redemption code that is usually 10 digits long.
