Placing international orders

dStore ships within Australia and direct to the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Japan. Not all of dStore's products are available for shipping to all countries, so selecting your destination first is important.

To send goods to an Australian address, stay on the dStore.com.au site
To send goods to International destinations, please use the dStore.com site

Selecting the correct dStore site

The quick way is to click on the appropriate link as provided above. Otherwise, you can select your destination country using the dropdown menu at the very top of this screen - a flag will reflect the choice you have made. If you choose Australia you will stay on the local site; if you choose any other country you will be taken to our international site.

You can also select your destination from the homepage. Look for the Your Preferences section (under the top left search bar) and select a country from the drop-down box . This will also allow you to view the goods we can ship to your nominated destination.

Remember that you can also choose the currency you would like to view our prices with. This is also located in the Your Preferences section.

HELPFUL HINT: You cannot split your parcels on the dStore.com international site. In other words, one order can only go to one address. We are looking to improve this feature in the near future.
