The "Your Trolley" summary screen displays all items that you have added during your online shopping session. All items are automatically sorted into separate parcels according to department and their stock status.
Adding & removing items to Your Trolley
Click the "ADD TO TROLLEY" button next to a product to add a product to your shopping trolley. This will take you to the Your Trolley summary screen.
From the Your Trolley page you can remove items simply by clicking the "REMOVE" button next to the item.
Changing quantities
If you would like to change the quantity of an item in your shopping trolley, simply place the new amount in the quantity input box and then click the "Update Trolley" button. Your Shopping Trolley will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
HELPFUL HINT: If you are trying to order multiples of an item and a lesser number keeps appearing in Your Trolley, this means that we do not have enough stock to meet your request. If this is the case, please contact us and we will inform you when more stock is due to arrive.
Proceeding to the checkout
Once you have finalised your selection you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
New customers:
You will be prompted to create a member account before actually entering the checkout.
After you have created an account you will be returned to the checkout process, and from here it's four easy steps to complete your purchase.
Existing customers:
You will be required to enter your password into the input box provided before proceeding.
