To check the status of your order you need refer to Your Account. If you are not already logged-in, you can do so here:
Log me in now!
Click on the "View Order" link next to the order you wish to check. Your order information is displayed as a summary of all items purchased and a breakdown of each parcel dispatched. Information also includes the method of payment, the time and date of the order and the order status.

HELPFUL HINTS: Here is a quick rundown of the order status abbreviations that appear on an individual order summary page:
Ord = quanitity ordered
Can = quanitity cancelled
Del = quanitity dispatched
Ret - quanitity returned
