Session Length:

This experience is available for bookings on selected dates throughout the year. See below for dates. The duration of your Hummer adventure will be approximately 90 minutes in total... the longest and best 90 minutes of your life!

Guidelines:

The race seats can only accomodate people of average height and weight. You need to be able to fit into a normal seatbelt, as particularly overweight people would be injured in the event of a vehicle incident. Please check prior if you're not sure! Max height 6'6". Minimum age is 10 years.

Dress Code:

You need to wear casual and comfortable non-flammable clothing ? cotton, denim or similar. Please wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants and enclosed footwear. Helmets and safety harnesses will be provided.

Other Info:

It's essential that you bring your ID to participate in this experience. Bring your camera or video camera if you wish to take photos. It is imperitive that you have not consumed alcohol within 8 hours before commencement. Please BYO booster seat for smaller kids.

The price quoted is for one person. Each Hummer can take up to three passengers at any one time.

Product Description

When you arrive your instructor will give you a full Hummer introduction, detailing the special features of the Hummer and how to use them. You'll look under the bonnet at the mighty race engine and learn about features such as tyre inflation and deflation, ground clearance, diff locks and traction control.

Unlike the smaller H2 and H3 Hummers, our full-sized H1 Hummers are fitted with HUGE 6.5 litre V8 engines and can tow more than 4 tonne!

Next you'll jump into the driver's seat and drive the Hummer around the sand dunes at Lancelin. Your instructor sits in the passenger seat and communicates with you via military headsets, giving you guidance and encouragement to ensure you push the Hummer to its limits!

You'll learn how to deflate and inflate the tyres while you are actually driving, you'll get to lift the Hummer's wheels off the ground while climbing difficult terrain, and you'll learn about the Hummer's ability to drive on four flat tyres at 50km/h for 60km! You'll even get the Hummer stuck in the sand then drive straight out using the Hummer traction control system!

As you drive the H1 Hummer up and down sand dunes that would rip the front bumper off a normal 4WD, you'll appreciate the Hummer's steep 72-degree approach angle, huge 37 inch tyres, mid-mounted engine and enormous ground clearance. And at the end of your driving experience you will have a photo session with the Hummer so you can show off to your mates.
