Upon arrival at our state of the art commercial kitchen, you and your nine friends or colleagues will be greeted with Australian Boutique Wines. Your chef for the evening, David, will demonstrate how to merge simple fresh flavours with exciting spices.
David will demonstrate his passion for food whilst captivating you and your nine other guests during a dinner party and cooking demonstration of the main course for the evening.
You and your nine friends will settle into a 3-course meal cooked before their eyes and served with perfectly matched wines.
We offer a continually evolving menu. A typical menu might feature delicacies such as quail with monkey nut chutney served with stir-fried apple, ginger and passionfruit served with Asian dressing or mushroom & vanilla soup.
The evening is rounded off with petit fours and a cheese plate featuring sharp roquefort matched with delicious orange jelly.
All guests take home a gourmet product so they can continue to enjoy fine dining at home.
