Departs from Brisbane CBD, Queensland, and covers the famous Scenic Rim.

Session Length:

This full day experience departs at 9am and returns at 5pm. We operate every day except Mondays, all year round. Please book in advance to secure your preferred date.

Guidelines:

You must be over 18 years of age to participate in the wine tasting experience.

Dress Code:

Please wear comfortable clothing and flat, closed in shoes. We also recommend that you bring a hat and sunscreen as it can get very hot in the Scenic Rim. In the cooler months, please remember to bring a jacket or cardigan and an umbrella, in case of rain. Don?t forget your camera!

The price quoted is for one person. We operate with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 20. Should minimum numbers not be met, we will reschedule your experience for a later date.

Product Description

Your wine tasting tour begins when we pick you and your friends up in our mini-coach at 9am from any Brisbane CBD location. Over all, you get a small taste of up to forty tastings in huge variety. Sit back and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and a gourmet platter while taking in the sights and enjoy commentary by your knowledgeable tour guide.

Your first stop is Normanby Wines at Harrisville. At this picturesque winery, the jacarandas welcome you and coax you to the cellar door. Find offerings of award-winning wines including verdelho, cabernet, shiraz, durif, chaumbourcin, rose and white and traditional fortified wines.

Continue on your wine tour of outer-Brisbane's Scenic Rim, for lunch at the modern Warrego Winery. Nestled near the delightful and historic town of Marbug, this winery's varieties include shiraz, white and tawny ports, cabernet, merlot, verdelho and rose. Enjoy your lunch along with a complimentary glass of red or white wine. They also have a new range of organic wines to choose from, including opulent organic Rose to sweetish Shiraz.

After a great lunch, we continue onto Iron Bark Ridge Vineyard. Established in 1985, it is the oldest established winery in the district. You will enjoy tasting and learning about award-winning Chardonnay, Shiraz and fortified wines, whilst taking in the peace and tranquility of the area.

Finally, we return you to your pickup location after a satisfying day of sampling some of South East Queensland's finest wine.
