Summer Heights High is an ABC-TV series which follows the journey's of multiple characters over one term in an average Australian public school. Over one term, a documentary crew films the everyday activities at an average Australian public high school. Three individuals stand out - Mr G, an ego driven drama teacher on a mission to change the face of drama education Ja'mie King, a bitchy private schoolgirl on a student exchange, set to make her mark and Jonah Takalua, a mischievous schoolboy from Tonga with the odds stacked against him. The only characteristic they have in common is they are all played by writer and performer Chris Lilley. The characters take us through the seemingly huge traumas of friendship, staff politics, schoolwork and relationships that are the fabric of life in the school universe.

Oh my God!!! This will be the best night of your life!!!

The characters in this dvd would fit in well at my school. My drama teacher & Mr G have a lot in common & could compare notes. Ja'mie King and all the barbie girls would have a great time planning activities together. Jonah would fit in well with all the Samoan guys who perform fire-dancing and when they're not doing that they are practicing their beatboxing!!!
I'll be watching this all school holidays, so my friends and I can compare notes!!!!

Funniest tv series man !

Oh my goodness i love summer heights high. its a really funny show. at school we ( students and teachers) sometimes take snippets from it and speek it out loud because its so funny, and in plays we take the characters profile and use it in our own plays . its the best tv series ever made .
